Batesville, AR (April 7, 2025) – First Community Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Stephen Longinotti to vice president, secondary mortgage loan originator. Longinotti, who has been with the bank since 2018, brings more than 10 years of banking experience to his role.

In his role, Longinotti educates, advises, and guides potential borrowers through the loan application process. Additionally, he has held his Series 7 and 66 licenses, further strengthening his financial expertise.
Longinotti earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas. Outside of his work in the mortgage department, he and his wife, Leah, manage a local wedding venue just outside of Batesville. His hobbies include fitness, music, kayaking, and camping.
The First Community Bank Searcy University branch, located at 800 East Beebe Capps Expressway, is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Drive-through services are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
