The mission of OneLife Wellness & Primary Care is to utilize a team approach to improve the mental, physical, and spiritual health, as well as the general well being and quality of life of those in our community. We have an excellent team of Providers to accomplish this holistic approach.
We recently launched our OneLife Direct Primary Care Membership plan. High quality & convenient care at an affordable cost with Dr. Joseph S. Dugger. Deductibles & co-pays go away and it provides you the following: Direct access by text/email/telemedicine, office visits, X-rays/procedures, annual wellness labs, fitness & nutrition, coordination of care to hostpitals/specialists & more! $89 per month for individuals, $149 for couples, & $189 for families of 3 or more. Promotional incentives vary throughout the year.
