Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines and heavy equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires strong mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues.
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance on diesel engines, including oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in diesel engines and heavy equipment
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Experience:
- 5+ years experience as a Diesel Mechanic
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality workmanship
- Electrical knowledge is preferred
We offer competitive pay based on experience.
