Leadership Searcy Kick Off Session
Leadership Searcy is now accepting applications for the 2023/2024 class. Leadership is aimed at developing a network of talented leaders for present and future community needs. To meet this vision, Leadership Searcy seeks to:
- Identify and motivate individuals with leadership potential
- Acquaint them with community needs, challenges and opportunities
- Offer a forum of exchange on methods for dealing with community issues
- Challenge potential leaders to become involved with local issues and the process of decision making
While emergencies do arise, any participant missing more than one
session may be dropped with no refund.

Location
The first session will begin Thursday evening September 14th at the Searcy Central Fire Station. Friday the class will be traveling to the 4H ExCEL Center in Little Rock.
Fees/Admission
The tuition fee for chamber member participants selected is $650 and non-chamber members is $850. Tuition includes a ticket for the applicant to attend the Chamber’s November 7th Annual Awards Banquet.
A selection committee will give careful attention to choosing a class that represents a cross-section of the community. All applications for participation must be received at the chamber office no later than August 25, 2023.
A 50 % refund will be given if cancelled by
September 14th. No refunds will be given after the first session.
